We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking people out of orders, or into different ones. It is not charity, it is how you keep a client for a decade instead of one transaction. If you tell us what you are trying to achieve, we will tell you what we would specify and why.
We are a supplier with practical field experience, not a firm of consulting engineers, and we are clear about that line. Where a project needs stamped design work by a registered engineer, we will say so and we will not pretend otherwise.
