You send a specification. We tell you what it costs, whether it is on the ground, and when it will reach you. If we do not hold it, we source it and manage the import so you are dealing with one supplier rather than a chain.

What is included
Procurement is where projects lose weeks. A specification goes out to four suppliers, three come back with substitutions and one with a price that assumes a shipment nobody has booked. Our answer is stock plus straight answers about what is not in stock.
We hold transformers, cable, overhead materials, switchgear, solar and general electrical materials across four locations. When you send a schedule we price it line by line and mark each line as available now or indent, with a real date against the indents.
For items we do not carry, we source and import them. We are a named importer on our own transformer oil shipments, so import documentation, clearing and inland haulage are ordinary work for us rather than something we subcontract and hope about.

Enquiry and specification
You send a specification, a bill of quantities or a description. If it is incomplete we will ask rather than guess.

Quotation and availability
We price it and mark every line as available now or indent, with a delivery date against each.

Confirmation and supply
You confirm, we pick, check documentation against the order, and load.

Delivery and sign off
Material arrives, you inspect it against the delivery note, and we resolve anything that does not match before we leave.
