Send your specification through the quote form, or message us on WhatsApp, or call 0906 876 9980. The form asks for the details we need to price it first time, which usually saves a round of questions.
Within one business day for anything in our catalogue. Complex bills of quantities with indent items may take two, and we will tell you which when you send it.
No minimum for most categories, though trade and project quantities price better. For distributor pricing there is a volume commitment, which we agree with you individually.
Yes, and we encourage it. Come to the Alaba yard and inspect the unit and its documentation before you commit.

No. We are a supplier, stockist and installer. Everything we supply is manufactured by someone else and comes with their documentation.
ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Meksan, Astor and APAR among others. We are a stockist of these brands, not an appointed distributor, and we are clear about that distinction.
Yes, at no charge. Describe the load, the site and the constraint and we will tell you what we would specify and why. There is no obligation to buy from us afterwards.
A cable ladder or cable tray carries cable along a wall or ceiling. An access ladder is what a person climbs. They are unrelated products, and confusing them is a common and expensive ordering error. We list them separately for that reason.

Yes. Our head office is in Lagos and we have branches in Port Harcourt and Abuja, which shortens haulage into the south and the north considerably.
By truck with a mounted crane where the weight requires it. Transformers, drums of cable and switchgear are all handled this way, and we supervise offloading and positioning.
Yes. Transformers, ring main units, feeder pillars and solar systems can be installed, terminated, tested and commissioned by our team and signed off with you on site.
Raise it at the joint inspection before you sign the delivery note. We resolve it then rather than afterwards.

Yes. We have supplied transformers to the Kaduna State Government and materials to Eko DisCo and Eko Electricity, and we provide the documentation vendor registration and audit require at the appropriate stage.

Yes, Smartmoon Global Tech is a duly registered Nigerian business. Registration documentation is provided on request at vendor registration stage rather than published on this website.
